I sleep with this in a pillow case on top of my pillow. I have an ear problem and this lifts my ear up just enough to take the pressure off. The added bonus is the coolness of it on my face. It feels so nice.
Somehow it’s the perfect shape and comfortable which I didn’t expect for what I bought it for. Every other pillow I’ve seen or tried for ear issues have been way too big and too high but this is perfect. I’m sure it would be great for a message pillow as it’s designed for.
